Online Orders & Authorizations
- YOU send the order, WE get the authorization
- Attach clinical notes to orders
- Orders are checked against your patient’s insurance to determine eligibility and authorization requirements
- Authorizations are initiated within hours; more than 50% are initiated within 1 business day, 80% are completed within 2 business days
- All outpatient procedures are included in authorization processing except: cath lab, dialysis, surgery, oncology, routine x-rays and mammograms, wound care
